At the Shawingan Lake DFH Real Estate Ltd. office, we are noticing an increase in activity from both Buyers and Sellers. Historically the Spring market is one of our most active. I recently listed a home at 2365 Robertson Road in the Shawnigan Beach Estates. It was listed on March 1, there was a viewing on March 3, with a subsequent offer to purchase. After the Holiday Season and the unseasonal amount of snow this past month, Shawnigan Lake is experiencing rain. We expect a lot of it in the next few days, and hopefully it will melt the snow.
